Tom Ford Lookbook S/S 2011
Start off the New Year with some Tom Ford – I have to say, using a model that’s not John Kortajarena makes his clothing a lot more approachable.
Are ascots cool again? I’ll do it.
Those patterned blazers still require a very specific person to pull that off.

5 Fashion Moments of 2010
It’s almost 2010 so let’s take a look at my Top 5 fashion moments of 2010!
5. Tom Ford Womenswear
Tom Ford finally debuted his long-awaited foray into womenswear in a extremely under-wraps fashion show, with only Terry Richardson allowed to take photographs. Glamour at its finest, it was definitely one would expect from a man who places taste and refinement above all else.
4. Gap Logo Fiasco

Never before has such an branding-related uproar been more visible to the public than the advent of the new Gap logo. Now reverted to it’s former glory(?) this incident showed that social media is more of an influence in trends now than we’d like to admit.
3. Lanvin H&M
Alber Elbaz has always said he would not make any Lanvin diffusion lines, and after much teasing by H&M, it was shocking to see that Lanvin would be their next collaboration. After an extremely large marketing ramp-up, Lanvin made it’s collaboration available to the public late November. I personally got a piece of the collection but was ultimately disappointed with the actual pieces. Nevertheless, this has people wondering ‘what will the next collaboration hold?’
2. LMVH vs. Hermes
Luxury leather goods, and holder of the coveted Birkin bag found themselves under siege by the luxury powerhouse LMVH. Bernard Arnault’s company was suddenly discovered to be holding approximately 17% of Hermes stock (later around 20%) much to the dismay of Hermes. How this plays out will definitely be a spectacle in 2011.
1. Alexander McQueen

The suicide of Alexander McQueen early this year caught everyone by surprise. Sarah Burton has stepped up to fill his shoes quite elegantly, but it is undeniable that McQueen’s passing will leave a hole in the fashion world. His looks were beauty taken to the extreme and a level of theatricality that has no match in the fashion world.
Tom Ford Womenswear
Debuting in the December issue of Vogue is the long-anticipated Tom Ford Womenswear collection. After an extremely strict restriction on photos, we finally get first glimpse.
Retro-glam amazing! Enjoy the eye-candy.
Definitely love the Single Man-esque vibe here.

SHOCK ME!
Tom Ford S/S 2010
John Kortajarena for Tom Ford and this look fuck is fucking frightening! I can’t even pay attention to the clothes because John looks like a fucking child rapist in these photos. It’s even worse when when you see a whole bunch of the looks together:
creepy, and like not attractive at all. *dies*
