New York Fashion Week – S/S 2010 – Richard Chai Menswear

Richard Chai is the go-to guy for menswear that is relaxed, comfortable, and stylish without being slobby. I love the color palate, mix of textures (mesh, linens, etc.) – absolute love.

The sleeveless shirts have an interesting sleeve.

Still not getting behind the sandal/shoe combo.

Zara Lookbook

Zara always tempts me with their lookbooks, but the clothes always fall short somewhat in person.

Here are some highlights:

I like the scarf thing and the pants are pretty hawt.

Pairing a knit with shorts seems so impractical, but its a good look! 😦

I love Daniel Henney, but I think the B&W shots are pretty terrible.

He’s purty.

It’s oddly refreshing for an ad to be this direct in it’s “BUY THIS” message.

Shanghai Tang S/S 2010

The thing I appreciate about Shanghai Tang is that they can make updated version of very classically Chinese looks and actually make them look modern. It may also help that they use Asian models, instead of the weird chinky mess that designers to often send down runways.
